Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of your body — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. The massage therapist uses varying degrees of pressure and movement.  Massage is generally considered part of integrative medicine.  It may be used for a wide range of medical conditions.

SERVICES

 Deep Tissue Massage 

A therapeutic massage – relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as a strained low back.  The therapist uses deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or tissues deep under the skin.  

 Swedish Massage

A relaxing and energizing massage – focusing on the superficial layers of muscles combined with joint movement to relieving muscle tension.  Swedish massage therapy may even help after an injury.

Pregnancy Massage

As you know, during pregnancy your body changes.  A pregnancy massage may be particularly beneficial during this time, especially when medication may not be an option.  A pregnancy massage could help by reducing stress, decreasing swelling, and relieving joint and muscle pain. We use pillows and bolsters specifically designed for expecting moms; Your therapist will help you find the most comfortable position for you.

PIP & L&I

Personal Injury Protection and L&I accepted on open and active claims with a referral. All claims must be verified prior to initial massage appointment. Please email claim information to tony@tonymosesfitness.com with your referral, date of injury, claim number and claim handlers contact info. As well, we will need all your personal pertinent info as well. We will contact you to let you know the claims are open and you are then free to book your first appointment. If you come in for a massage without a prior verification, you will have to pay at time of service and once your claim is verified your massage will be refunded.

INSURANCE

Insurance is accepted with a referral. All insurance policies must be verified prior to the initial massage appointment.  Please email insurance information to tony@tonymosesfitness.com

I will need your DOB, the name of referring doctor, a copy of the front and back of your insurance card.  We will contact you to let you know that the Insurance policy clears you to receive Massage Therapy.  You will then be able to book your first appointment.  If you come in for a massage without a prior verification, you will be charged, and reimbursement will have to be collected from your Insurance Company.

            In-Studio:

60 Minutes      - $125

90 Minutes      - $200

*All Massage sessions are by appointment only.

 **All In-Home sessions are scheduled with Tony directly.  

 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Massage sessions need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged $50 for the missed session.  

Insurance appointments – Insurance companies do NOT pay cancellation fees.  You will be charged $50 for your missed appointment.
