Personal Training   

Personal Training is all about you, the client. Whatever your goal or intention is, my aim is to help you achieve it in a safe and gradual manner. My style, Cross-training with each session focused on the entire body. The body moves as one, so we should train that way as well. By training functionally, we ensure that the body will be strong and fit enough for you to do the things that help you feel good in life.

Sessions are progressive, mindful, and can be explosive. I expect 100% effort, but am also aware that 100% can be different everyday. Each workout or movement can be modified or adjusted to meet you where you are at in the moment. Moving with intention or purpose will strengthen your mind-body connection which will allow you to gain more from every session. The more we move together the better you will feel.

At Tony Moses Fitness, you will be supported, encouraged, and challenged. The format of the workouts coupled with tempo and your dedication, I believe will prepare you physically for all that life brings. #Trainingforlife
