I design total-body workouts that are functional, dynamic, and made for everyone. Total-body workouts or Cross-training is one of the best ways to eliminate muscle imbalances, while improving overall performance. I utilize Functional movement which will improve your physical performance by focusing on full range of movement, training in multiple planes of motion, and include compound rather than isolated exercises.  Every training session is curated to help you to perform and feel better. 

As a former athlete, I know the value of feeling good both physically and mentally.  I create Training sessions and classes that can be challenging, maybe oppressive but leave you feeling accomplished.  Through movement we reinforce the mind-body connection, which will allow you to understand more of what your body needs in the moment.  Ultimately, you should move fluidly, efficiently, and with little to no pain or discomfort. Learning how to listen to your body is crucial to functioning healthy system.
