Open Gym

Open Gym at Tony Moses Fitness Studio is for you to complete your self-guided workout.

Tony Moses Fitness Studio is situated into five stations or Training Pods. At the center of each Pod is a dynamic Squat Rack, along with its storage system contain all of the exercise equipment you would need for a quality strength workout. There are also some pieces of equipment that are for community use and are on a first come basis. The Studio contains three cardio machines that you are free to incorporate into your workout.

Open Gym is offered 7 days a week, from open to close unless there is a class or special event scheduled. With five Training Pods, no more than five people will be in the Studio at one time allowing you space and freedom to move.

Tony Moses Fitness utilizes a Reservation system in order to use the Training Pods. You will need to reserve a time to access the Studio; although we have more than what you need, we want to make sure you are able to have space to move and have accessibility to the training equipment when you need it. Each reservation is up to 75 minutes in length.

Please make sure to check-in once you arrive at the Studio.
