TMF is a fitness studio specializing in dynamic movement through Cross-Training and Functional movement in a supportive environment with the goal of increasing strength, improving flexibility, and mobility while strengthening your mind-body connection. At TMF we design workouts with the intention of creating change. For change to happen, we believe, pressure and heat must be applied, so our workouts can be difficult and at times oppressive, preparing your body for what life brings. We train hard inside so you can play harder outside.

Our motto is Training for life, which for us means the ability to do all of the things that life requires of you as well as being able to do all of the things you like to do with little to no pain.

TMF provides its members with three ways to move:

Personal training

Guided instruction with your goals and needs at the forefront of your Training program.

Open gym*

Your opportunity to utilize one of our Training Pods for your self-guided Training session.

Small group classes*

High intensity classes designed to support your Training program.

*A Punch Card system will is utilized for our Class program and Open Gym.
