Classes
Individually, each class is designed to assist you in becoming healthier and fit. Collectively, the classes support and build upon one another. The format of the classes highlight our focus on compound movement, allowing for greater gains over a shorter period of time. You don’t need to participate in every class being offered, but participating in at least two classes per week will benefit you greatly.

TUESDAY / Thursday / Saturday 8:30am
Develop strength, power, and increased cardio fitness in this high intensity interval training class. Prioritizing full range of motion and dynamic movement; you will be inspired to challenge yourself while being held accountable to keep up. Focusing on total-body strength.
WC routines will change every two weeks.
