Classes

Individually, each class is designed to assist you in becoming healthier and fit. Collectively, the classes support and build upon one another. The format of the classes highlight our focus on compound movement, allowing for greater gains over a shorter period of time. You don’t need to participate in every class being offered, but participating in at least two classes per week will benefit you greatly.

 

WEIGH Crazy

Thursday / Saturday
8:30 am

Develop strength, power, and increased cardio fitness in this high intensity interval training class. Prioritizing full range of motion and dynamic movement; you will be inspired to challenge yourself while being held accountable to keep up. Focusing on total-body strength.WC routines will change every two weeks.

KETTLEBELL & CALISTHENICS

Tuesday
8:30 am

The kettlebell along with your body will be the only equipment needed for this class experience. Kettlebell training allows you to train in functional movement patterns.  This will help you achieve a strong, conditioned, and flexible body that will be ready for the daily rigors of life.  

In this class you will build upper and lower body strength simultaneously while challenging the shoulders stabilizers and improve shoulder mobility.  With the kettlebell, you are under a load the entire time.  Develop true athletic power and explosive strength.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

9am

In this class we will stretch, move, and breathe deeply as we reset our system for the coming week. You will develop and improve your mind-body connection through deep dynamic movement and breath. By moving with intention and allowing your breath to guide you, in this class you will improve your range of motion, reduce muscular pain or discomfort, and learn how to calm your nervous system. This is your opportunity to disconnect with the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

This class will have elements of yoga, strength training, balance, dynamic stretching, breath work, and mindfulness exercises.

CIRCUIT CIRCUS

Conditioning the body by blending endurance training, resistance training and high intensity aerobics into a circuit format. In this class, we will build strength and muscular endurance with the goal of improving all elements of your fitness. Your “rest” times will be short while quickly moving to the next exercise.
